Store assistant ****med me.

I returned shoes at the store on the 5th of December the store assistant told me that they had no cash in the store at the "moment" because most of their customer were paying using cards so I should leave the shoes in the store and as soon as he gets cash he will refund me back my money he asked for my banking details and assured me that he'll send me the money before the end of the day, I believed him because he works at the store k didn't think it would take so long for me to get a refund, since the 5th he hasn't been communicating with me I'm the one that has to do the follow up and he ignores my texts he hasn't refunded me.
