After numerous requests for an update regarding the transfer of a property that we have purchased, this is the exact response received by ourselves and the bons registration attorneys:

'We do not notify clients of our daily internal processes and will not do so simply to satisfy or impress any individual Purchaser and we will not subject our processing to a barrage of emails by attorneys who do'

This after the registration attorneys requested information and documents from Lamara Hendricks since 13 December 2018 and this response was received 32 days later on 14 January 2019.

To those people buying or selling property and thinking of appointing this law firm to handle the process - think again.

Very unprofessional, bad attitudes and a complete lack of service delivery all round.
