NO FEEDBACK & NO CONTACT NUMBER
On the 21st of January I asked for info regarding getting documents (ANC Marriage Contract). I was told a maximum of 5 working days and I will have it, I told them that it was urgent as we need the contract to hand in to our bank for a home loan. Without it we can't buy a house.... Since last night I have emailed many times, and till now have sent over 8 emails. On the mydeedsearch website there is no contact number to use to phone them, only an online email you can send to them, with reading all the comments on hallopeter i am really scared that I have bee ****med. I paid the amount in full. And today is the 7th working day. They don't even bother contacting me back or replying to any of my emails. I don''t even have a land line number or cellphone number to contact these guys... who can help me get hold of them
This is not a ****, we have been in business for more than 3 years. You emailed us on 22 January with a query. We responded telling you that you can order a Marriage contract. You made payment on the 22nd and we order the document immediately.
We are dealing with a government department with poor service levels. 90% of documents are received within 5 working days. They have had a backlog over the December period and have now only started to clear it.
You sent emails this morning at 8:12, 10:44, 10:44, 1:04, 1:10 and 1:27. We are still busy clearing the backlog of emails over the weekend hence us not responding immediately.
We usually get back within 24 hours. I am sorry you feel that you have been ****med. We are trying our best to get documents asap from the Deeds Office. As we cannot guarantee to have the documents today, we have processed a refund back to your credit card.
