My Deeds Search is full of empty promises, they do not honor their stated turnaround time

Do not use mydeedssearch.co.za, they are full of empty promises. I tried to do a person search which they say takes 1 business day, it was urgent so I even paid extra to go to the top of the pile. They happily took my money and then I heard nothing for an entire week! I then received an invoice for my request, I rep**** requesting a refund as they had not honored their turnaround time, I then received a report showing no information available and still no one has rep**** to my refund request. Absolutely useless service! Rather register yourself on deedsweb and search the deeds office directly yourself.
