Extremely pathetic service mydeedssearch
I am very frustrated with your service, I have received no response to the following queries:
Date of search 17 May 2018 paid R150.00 Date of search 24 May 2018 paid R500.00
To date, no response has been received all I have been provided is the invoices confirming the payments made. Please help, I have been ******. Appalling service from mydeedsearch.

08 Apr 2019, 19:55After the review was received, we emailed the client with the following response. The PROPERTY SEARCH was sent on 22 May 2018 within one working day. As per our turnaround times, an ANC takes between 1 and 10 working days. The ANC was lodged on 25 May which is Friday, not near 10 working days. Rather than venting your frustration on Hellopeter, get in touch with us first so that we can resolve this.
Please provide us with your banking details to refund the ANC request. The other search result we will forward again. The client was refunded on 18 June 2018 after receiving the banking details on 15 June 2018.
