Bad Service/No Contact Details

I have requested information on the 10th August 2015 and I even paid the extra amount to be moved in front t of the queue. I have sent them the proof of payment and I am yet to received any feedback. The only thing I have received is a reminder that I need to make payment even after I have made the payment and sent the proof of payment!!
