WORST AIRLINE

I have never had such a bad experience with an airline before. To start of the staff at VNX airport were not friendly whatsoever. We were told that our 1 suitcase was overweight my husband and we're sharing a suitcase. This means that it's 23kg per person. We were 2 people with 1 suitcase. They could barely explain what the situation was. We were handed off to the main officer for LAM at Vilanculos airport where he was unable to explain to us why we had to Pay and excess on our luggage. We told him that we wanted an invoice as we were going to dispute the matter. It took an HOUR just for him to print us an invoice. The invoice shows no details on what the luggage should way or what it did way. We asked what the cost was per KG as we were quoted 4516.00 MZN. we were then informed that it's not per KG but per extra piece ?! This makes absolutely no sense as there was only 1 piece of luggage booked in.

These staff members were extremely rude, they were not helpful and didn't even bother explaining anything to us.

We weren't even told anything about our flight and instead just handed the boarding passes, no briefing about what we can and cannot have in our luggage, not even a "goodbye have a good day" they just handed our boarding passes and turned around.

I will NEVER fly with LAM again, and I will NEVER let anyone I know fly with them either.
