Terrible Customer Services

I have been trying to get a response and feedback regarding my refund I processed on the 17 April 2015 from the airline and to this day I have not received anything. The airline does not respond to emails and if you call they do not give you details to get hold of management. <br> I do not recommend this airline to anyone due to the fact that they have extremely bad customer services.
