Still waiting for replacement luggage after damage / broken into my bag

On 11 January 2018 we traveled from Inhabane, Mozambique to Johannesburg via Maputo. We locked the bag in Inhambane and had it plastic wrapped for added protection. When we arrived at O.R Thambo we found our suitcase on the conveyor belt, open, plastic gone and the zip was completely broken. I immediately went to report it and opened a case.

I was told by Clifford from LAM air that I would get a replacement bag in no longer than 10 days. I'm still waiting for my replacement bag.
