Pathetic Service

It is with regret that I have to complain about the service received from this airline. I was traveling from MPM to JHB and my suitcase was broken into. When I saw this at the airport I immediately reported the incident and realised that my 200ml Issey fragrance,100ml Uomo fragrance and a shower gel had been ******. This incident happened on the 16 Feb 2016 and to date I have had no response. I even provided the airline with my receipt of the item purchased.
