LAM sells direct flights at high prices, and then 1 week before you fly, they change your flight to fly via other airports with long stop overs. This constitutes *****! We booked an expensive direct flight from Johannesburg to Vilanculos and then 1 week before we are supposed to fly, they change our flight with no explanation, or refund for the difference in fair. *******! When you speak to the locals, they say LAM does it all the time.
