LAM air travel warning

I holidayed in Mozambique with my family using LAM as the service provider as recomended by the travel agent. We flew LAM - Johannesburg to Vilanculos, connecting to Inhambane on 25 April (TM 332). We were supposed to catch a domestic flight from Inhambane to Vilanculos on 28 April (TM 2126), but due to circumstances beyond our control we were unable to do so and had to find our way to Vilanculos at an additional cost. <br> As a result of our non-use of the tickets from Inhambane to Vilanculos, our return flights home from Vilanculos to Johannesburg (via Inhambane) (TM 2124 and TM 2333) on 3 May, were suspended. We had thought our travel agent would have informed LAM that we had missed our domestic flight, but they had not done so. Therefore when we got to Vilanculos airport (early) on 3 May for our flight home, we were shocked to find out that our tickets had been \re-sold"to other passengers and that the LAM flight was full. I had business to get back to so we had to buy additional tickets on the SAA flight to get home. <br> We have tried repeatedly to get hold of the carrier but they have ignored our emails"
