Lam Air Mozambique Untrusted Service Delivery

Mrs Joubert's LAM flight on 27th from MAPUTO to Johannesburg on 27th Dec was not recognised by Mozambique Airline!!! They claim the ticket did not exist on their system and that she had to buy another ticket. Mrs Joubert is 96 yrs old and even if she was a young person it is unacceptable. We had no option other than to leave her behind in Maputo to buy the ticket. Unnecessary to add the trauma and stress she had to endure.

After a period of two months of constant communication, LAM did not respond for more than two months. After a follow-up on their website recently, they came back to me to say they urgently looking into the case. The same generic answer as when I initially contacted them with no result. They also neglected - after confirmation the day before the flight - to provide a wheelchair in Johannesburg upon arrival.

Flight Centre has lost our business as an unreliable Agent. If they exonerates them from all responsibility and accountability then why would one then use them?
