LAM Air Mozambique pathetic!!!

Our flight, TM 303 was delayed from 11am to 15:20pm on the 13th of January from Maputo to Johannesburg. I begged for assistance to call my next flights to inform them of this delay and to try and re schedule my flights for later in the evening. Air Mozambique couldn't assist me at all, terrible terrible service received on the Airport from Air Mozambique.

Because of this delay, we missed our 4pm Flights from JHB to Port Elizabeth, we arrived at OR Tambo at 5pm and got told we have to re book and pay for new flights AND that there's no flights available that evening, only in the morning of the 14th of January. We had to book new flights with FlySAFAIR for the morning of the 14th of January and we had to book accommodation by the Airport for the night of the 13th of January. We requested compinsation for the purchase of the New flight tickets and the accommodation. We keep emailing and calling Lam Air Mozambique with no responds or solution. Worst flight experience leaving us stranded at OR Tambo, Terrible first impression about Mozambique and their Airline!!! Will recommend to friends and family accordingly!
