Apathetic zombie like workers who are excellent at making more problems instead of solving them.

<p>On the 14 February I purchased a ticket from Lam Air Mozambique. My surname on my I.D and Passport are different so they would not allow me to use the said ticket. I was then instructed by Agent 005,Natbiseng Dlamini, to either produce a marriage certificate or purchase a new ticket and be refunded for the former ticket. I chose the latter, but three months later after various pleading and phonecalls it was announced to me by Katia Lobos and Marcia Baloy , two extremely rude supervisors, that there would be no refund. I am left furious and disappointed with the pathetic service.</p>
