Shabby renovations of Wendy house

Mike of Lallyetts projects was contracted to repair our Wendy house and after accepting his quote for R3600 to renovate and restore our Wendy house, he began his job. It took him and one worker 1 1/2 days to supposedly complete the renovations and although he was paid in full when he said the job was competed, the same day when I got home certain sections where not repaired/renovated and although he promised to return to compete and repair the unfinished work (he has already been paid for) he has not pitched with excuse after excuse. If anyone uses him to do renovations/repair make sure you get a detailed quote with all repair work noted and individually quoted for as he goes back on his word of what repairs he will do as he does not detail them or wants extra money and also make sure you check every single detail of the repair work done, as he promised to come back and fix the unfinished work - we'll wait and see. His repair/renovations is below average and he is way too expensive for the workmanship he does - below par. Be aware and weary.
