I always try to support small businesses, but this happened to me today. I have bought a ring online from Lali Silver Jewellery in Parkview. I then asked her to make me a pair of marching earings. On 30 April, in an email, she quoted me R850 for the earings. When I went to collect them, the price was now all of a sudden, R1200. This increased price was never communicated with me, not even when she informed me that the earings were ready for collections. Yes, R350 is not the end of the world, but it is the principle.
