the injsutice on lalela inverter trolley tray, what a *******

I bought the inverter trolley from Builders Southgate was promised this unit lasts 8 hours and at the beginning it used to last maybe 6 hours - in March it stopped working all together - took it back to Builders and they sent to to lalela techs to fix - it didnt even stay long it came back working fine -

after 2 months again it stopped working when I took it back to lalela techs directly I was told the battery depleted and im at fault I must now buy lethuim batter at R3600.00 from them , just imagine these things are sold under false pretence the sad part is that this unit is so expensive for lalela ot put in a useless led battery they just robbing customer without even thinking how far customer took to buy their expensive nonsense. Cn someone with a legal backround about National Consumer Commission please help these people needs to be stopped!!!

If I has money I will follow this up legally they are so arrogant nxa , I deal with a guy called Tevon Chetty sies I despise the guy - he doesn't even how to handle customer well he ignores calls , blames Builders and me for using the device wrongly but the first time I received the device I called them to advise me on keeping my machine well oiled today im the wrong one. Their service is pathetic to say the least they deserve a far more horrible word for description
