Terrible customer service - Lalela UPS Inverter Trolley

I bought the Lalela UPS Office Inverter on the 9th of December 2022. At the begining of January 2023 the battery lasted less than 1 hour 30 minutes when we were loadshed. The only think we had plugged in was the Wifi Router, Wifi extender and TV. I sent and email to Lalela's customer service email address and was told to return the trolley to Builders. I'm entering the 3rd week without an update and despite numerous attempts to get an update from Lalela, my enquiries are being ignored. This type of customer service is very disappointing as they are now holding onto the UPS and they're deliberately ignoring my enquiries. Think twice before you buy any Lalela products.
