Lalela products are defective and inferior chinese junk.

So I bought my Lalela lithium inverter trolley through builders online, it worked great and fine for the first month or so and then it stopped charging... I need a backup power solution for my online work, and since we have not had load shedding or power surges there should be ZERO reason for this product to keep failing, the first time I had my fight with builders and requested a refund rather than a replacement, they refused and the product was replaced (Oh and I forgot that the first unit that arrived was damaged because of how poorly lalela packages these units.) so on to the rest of the story, the unit failed again exactly the same problem and I requested it be replaced and not repaired, they did not even acknowledge my request and I got a mail that it would be repaired and shipped to me again, so the question in my mind is when my warranty expires soon now, after all this **** (and I must be honest this is just a generic chinese inverter slapped on a trolley) now I have to pay for repairs for an inferior product? Lalela you guys deserve to be out of business, how you can advertise this product at Incredible for R13 000 is beyond belief. If this thing fails again now (which I know for a fact will be within a month or two again after their "repairs" im going to just buy a proper inverter and connect it to the battery and trolley. Oh so thats another fear of whats inside, but if the warranty expires I can open it up and actually see what I wasted my money on. Last side-side note, you have to know its bad when the courier driver tells you "Lets hope this time it lasts"
