Lalela is a disgrace

Dreadful. Bought a Lalela inverter and battery through Builders Warehouse. Worked fine for 3 months then started to last less and less time. Returned the unit through Builders Warehouse. Lalela are a disgrace. They hide behind Eskom for their unit failing even though it is supposed to be a solution to load shedding. Clearly they have many, many problems with this product and they have decided to ride out the complaints and refuse to cough up under their warranty. They are a disgrace and I hope that this issue damages them to the point where they either stop selling products that are completely unfit for purpose or honour their own warranty promises. I will never buy from them again.
