Appaling Service at Laleh Beauty Salon, Rylands Village

On Friday 27th, I treated myself to a pre-wedding Pedicure at Laleh. Thou my treatment was Fare, the end of my session was just so off putting, which was sad actually as it was my 2nd visit to this salon. The 1st being pre-covid & hoping to make it a regular occurrence. Thou I am not 1 to really complain as my 1st review was a "complimentary review" but feel like I was short of being 'shood out of the door' & I think that's the bit that irritated me.

The Irony of it is that the the****** who sold me with her brilliant service in Feb is the very the****** who needed to 'buy browny points from the owner' as I assume it is the owner who ' tasked her with getting rid of me' by literally putting on my flip flops & sending me to the till point. I had a hectic week (having returned to work fulltime) & having a wedding the next day 29th Nov. I had an another appointment at 5 pm & so was basically willing myself to get but as it was 20 minutes to 5pm...thou my therapy was clearly a good 1 as it it a little long to get myself into the busyness zone & was reveling in my last few minutes before the storm... & so its understandable my frustration that at 46 I am infact able to put on my own flip flops & not have to be told "don't look at your feet & crack the poorest excuse of a joke"

I understand that with COVID no dilly dallying is allowed but in my case I was reveling ever second of my time. I had also been watching this whole scene play out in front of me (of getting rid of me), when at the 4h30pm lady walked in.. I don't think the owners realize that customers tend to watch them, watch the body language & whispers no matter how subtle they try to be???? from the owner whispering to this browny point seeking assistant signaling her to "help me leave" just a note, ther wasn't really any1 else in the salon with enuf social distancing spaces for me to be allowed just another 5 or so minutes to enjoy the quiet.
