Tombstone not in order

I have requested the company to install my grandfather's tombstone which was last year in june 2021and i was advised to pay cash for the stone to be installed in 2weeks,which they did not it was only installed in August 2021 where i was already fighting them.The stone was installed and they guaranteed its long life 25yrs warranty,Only to find out it a lie ,they use cheap materials now the picture on the stone has fallen and its broken,the pots are out and the headstone its shaking.I am so disappointed in the company ,and Johannes the owner always promise lies even the stuff there will promise lies.i wouldn't recommend any one to go for this company for stones if you want peace of mind hounoring your loved ones.
