Hair Extensions
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted Tanya Addison on the 2nd of April 2017 to help me sort out my hair extensions.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid R2400 for her to remove my micro bead extensions done by a previous hairdresser that ran out of hair. This was paid on the 3rd of April 2017 where she came to take out the micro beads and install bonded hair extensions.</p> <p>Tanya then said I should contact her should any strands come out so when she's in the area again she will come out them back in. </p> <p>16 strands later she contacted me to sort it out on the 27th of April however that morning I got a message to say her son has surprised her with a visit from Johannesburg. I then said family is important.</p> <p>She rep**** asking if I'm available on Monday the 01st of May 2017 of which I rep**** I was.</p> <p>Still no sign of her and a few more strands have fallen out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot believe the terrible customer service I've experienced as well as being asked why the strands are falling out like I'm an expert.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not refer Tanya to anyone and would prefer a refund.</p>
