BONDED HAIR EXTENSIONS SNAPPED OFF

I had my hair extensions put in at Tanya's Salon, a lot of my hair kept falling out . when I went to have them taken out, (which you do every 3 months, and have them re bonded and put back in.) they had snapped off shorter than my own length of hair. So I had to chuck them away<br> I asked Tanya to replace them free of charge, which she refused, I asked for my money back, paid R3500.00c<br> she refused. she said it was due to poor home maintenance . I visit the salon about every two weeks. I am very fussy with my hair.<br> When I took a strand to another hair extension lady, she said the quality of the hair was very bad.<br> I have since heard a few ladies had their hair extensions done by Tanya. but went else where to have them taken out, due to them being damaged. <br> I reported her to consumer council, but didn't get anywhere.<br> <br> I wish I could get the names of the ladies that had a bad experience with LALALU hair salon. together we can do something.<br> <br> PLEASE LADIES, SHE IS NOT A REGISTERED HAIR DRESSING SALON, AND IS CLAIMING TO BE A HAIR DRESSER. SHE HAS MOVED HER SALON LALALU TO ALTHLONE PARK.
