Worst experience with the owner and staff. We bought a outfit for my mom for R3500 and it was a little bit too big under the arms. Took the blouse to be taken in a bit under the arms. Got the blouse back, now the blouse is to small all around the entire bottom. They have cut away all the material where they worked. Got there and the staff member told my mom that she got fatter (in a period of 1 week) that she cannot fit into the blouse anymore because they say they only worked under the arms. There are now 3 different colours of string used all over the blouse. Called the manager and said that it not his problem and that he doesn't care. This is a family business and he will not fulfill his dad's shoes. If you want your clothing to be ruined for R80 then go to LALA BROS IN ALBERTON.
