No Service Delivery/Dishonesty/Overcharged

For the long weekend, dated 07/08/2015 to 10/08/2015 my mother had booked for us to stay at Lakeview On Vaal - Vaal Delta. Throughout the duration of the weekend, there were quite a few things that were promised but not delivered. The pictures on the website are deceiving, we had to pay for our own electricity of which there was no mention on the website. When we got back home, my mom checked on their website and through correspondence between Esme and herself to make sure of her facts before complaining. Doing this, my mother also discovered that we were overcharged by about R1825.00 not including the prepaid electricity that we had to basically beg Esme to send us, even though we were paying for it.<br> <br> My mother sent Esme an email on 11/08/2015 and as of today 18/08/2015, she has not bothered to respond.<br> <br> This was not the cheapest place, but definitely not the nicest place we have ever stayed in.
