Beautiful environment appalling management

Arrived Sunday 29th. 10 minutes wait, gate opened manually. One staff member running. One hour later in the heat my grand daughter got the key from the office and let me into the room. There was no information in the room (or coat hangers!!). Later I found the staff member and asked the time of dinner. No dinner she said ''You order takeaways''. I have allergies and cannot risk fast food so no dinner! Breakfast I was told was at 7. I was to be picked up at 7 so no breakfast! Wifi advertised but no wifi. I saw the owner for the first time on Day 2 and he shouted ''don't blame me blame Telkom!'' On my last night he shouted at me in front of staff that he had received an email from Autism South Africa and that I could have had food as ''The takeaways are mine;'' and I could have''asked for breakfast at 6 a,m, and anyway the girl who gave me the info was only a cleaner as people had not come to work.!'' I am 83 years old and a professional and have never been shouted at in such an aggressive manner. Mr Ramos speaks in the same way to his female staff! Not a pleasant experience.!
