Very Poor Customer Service

<p>Contacting this "reputable" Dental studio is verging impossible, not only does the landline ring endlessly regardless of time of day but emails go unanswered as well.</p> <p>After two days of phone calls, emails and attempting to contact them via their website, I was able to speak to someone for an appointment. </p> <p>Now after the consultation and discussing the procedure I would like, I am yet again, battling to contact them in regards to the quote for said procedure.</p> <p>(Please note, I was told by reception she was "too busy" and is "not responsible" for answering emails)</p> <p>Now I Find myself wondering if I even want to go through with it as they seem completely uninterested in the potential R50 000 procedure I would like done.</p> <p>Will this review receive any recognition?</p> <p>Very Poor Customer Service from my experience.</p>
