BAD customer Service

WOW, what a bad bad optometrist, I went there at 9am and told that I must wait for 10am even though she just sat there. She did not smile, terrible person. She explain in a another language and went away. When it was my turn she just said I have told you already. So I needed a drivers eye test as my one was ****** together with my bag. I don't even have an id card, I said her that I have a certified copy she just said no can't help. I wasted 2 hours for nothing. Never would I go there or recommend any one
