Smart watch bought from a table that was standing infront of Studio88

There is a stall in the middle of the lakeside mall by FNB . I bought a Smart watch for my son , which I had to exchange because the battery is blown up , I am back to exchange again because the strap is broken . How could you let people sell their broken stuff to YOUR customers of Lakeside Mall. Really ?? They dont want to exchange the watch , what am I suppose to do ? This is a unexceptable , now I have a broken watch that they dont want to exchange , you must stop these silly tables , because they are just *****ing peoples money , so is Lakeside mall going to help me or refund me or what are you going to do ?
