Being misinformed

Consultant says they can help and that everything will be sorted Monday and they will contact me. I hear nothing back Monday. Go in on Tuesday get told ipad out of stock and other consultants haven't heard anything from the one who said they'll sort it out. Call Wednesday consultant says they're busy sorting it out yet I don't hear back at all. Call Saturday again consultant says oh no sorry you're going to have to go to that branch. So not only could I not have been told this last week Saturday when I first go in but consultant assures that she can have it done Monday and latest Wednesday. Then you're out of stock and the contract issue still isn't sorted and now I have to go in to another branch because a contract issue which we were assured would be handled by Monday is now not.
