Disrespectful and unacceptable service and treatment!

The most horrible, disrespectful, unapologetic employee and is also suppose to be the manager! I have been a good customer for a long time. Ask for my normal tablets and I get insulted and told that I am lying that I don’t get my tablets from them. I ask for the employees name and get insulted even more from the other employees. He didn’t give me his name. He wore a Lakefield Pharmacy t-shirt that said Slimz. He still gives me my tablets and of course makes me wait long. I went back with my boyfriend to ask to speak to the manger and guess who they send to us the very horrible employee that I was dealing with. I’m sure he was not the manager as the employees like to cover up their actions. My boyfriend and I confront him and gave him a chance to speak and he starts lying again as usual, asked for his name again and he still carries on. Don’t even get an apology!
