Weak staff

My worst experience dealing with the Staff in the accounts department. Truly sad to say that they lack ability to correctly capture and reconcile payments,

I have been handed over for collection after making regular payments and paying off my account. however the Accounts department have erroneously unallocated my payments or allocated to the wrong client. They failure to notify me or communicate truly resonates their poor skills .

I strongly advise you to ensure you hound them with emails and calls else your account will end up in a terrible state!
