Summons received

I have received accounts from lake Smit for claims that were not paid according to them from 2013 . After speaking to the medical aid and forwarding proof of all the said amounts being paid by the medical aid to Lake smit they still say that these amounts were never received by them. I have spent weeks trying to sort this out i have all the mails to back it up , the people dealing with this issue were rude, arrogant and blatantly refused to assist me and resolve this matter i have been back and forth between my medical aid and Lake Smit to resolve this i have taken the time to reconcile these amounts and to do my own remittance on this to see where the problem is prove to them i do not owe them anything , but still nothing has been sorted out i have today received a summons for this . My last correspondence in NOV was to Selwyn who on mail advised he will investigate and get back to me - its going on 3 months now and not a word only a summons. I am horrified at the lack of service and the poor manner in which i was dealt with. I am referring to Bronwyn Leggot who should not even be dealing with customers as she is outright rude and not interested in assisting. please contact me
