Refund

I have been fighting with Stratum Benefits regarding my Gap Cover payment only to be brought to my notice by Stratum and Discovery that the amounts I paid directly to Lake Smit was paid in full by my medical aid and Lake Smit must refund me 3270 + 500 + 720. For 3months Lake Smit are silent about this. How disappointing that they did not refu d my money paid to them yet they were paid in full by my medical aid
