Not A Healthy Practice

<p>Following a scan in August last year (2016) and having paid a co-payment we were owed a refund by Lakesmit and Partners. I started actively trying to recover the monies owed to us on 7 March 2017. I have been dealing with the accounts clerk, Vennie, who has been promising me for two months that the refund is being processed. The practice apparently only processes refunds once a week via EFT and the money reflects the following week. Today (2 months later) I am given the same story - refund will be processed this week and reflect next wee****! I contacted Selwin, Vennie's manager, who after investigating came back to say that he can confirm the refund is scheduled for payment on the 9th May and whilst he apologises he is unable to give me an explanation as to why I have been **** to, given the run around and had to try and recover this money at my expense for 8 weeks! I know for certain if the shoe was on the other foot Lakesmit and Partners Radiology Practice would of handed me over to a legal collection agency! Needless to say I will not use their services again.</p>
