On 9/11/2021 I was advised by Colmed regarding an outstanding claim from April 2018. Although I have since paid it, this is to warn potential future victims. In terms of the prescription act a company can not claim on a debt that is older than 3 years, therefore you don't have to pay it. They are flouting the law by handing over debt that is prescribed and they know it. I have since objected to this to Lake Smit and Colmed and am awaiting feedback.
