Frustrated

<p>My husband went for an x-ray at Lake Smit last year, the medical aid covered the bill in full.</p> <p>A few months later, I received an sms from Lake Smit to settle my account.</p> <p>My husband contacted Lake Smit and they promised to sort the error out.</p> <p>We have received an email from Nondimiso instructing the accounts department to send us a statement with a 0 balance as the error is on their side.</p> <p>Few months later and I still keep receiving smses and emails that legal action will be taken if my account is not settled. After each sms, my husband called Lake Smit and was promised this will be rectified. After each email, I responded, to which I don't ever get a response.</p> <p>Totally frustrated at a company that want's to take legal action against me for money I do not owe.</p> <p>Is there anyway consumers can take action against companies harassing them for monies not owed?</p>
