Final Notice

My mother went into lake smit and partners to have bursar injections in her legs on the 14/05/2015. On the 15/05/2015 a statement was sent out by them which stated that they had sent the account to the medical aid. On 15/06/2015 a second statement was received stating that the medical aid had not settled the account and that we should contact the medical aid to find out why. We then contacted the medical aid which said that lake smit and partners had submitted the wrong codes on the statement and they had notified lake smit. We contacted lake smit and they responded with \don't worry"we are busy with it. Today we received an account with the outstanding amount with the following letter attached.<br> <br> You have not paid the debt owing to this practice.<br> Legal action may now be necessary.<br> This may lead to a summons"
