Dissapointed

I went to Capitec Lakeside mall in Benoni to try and help my mom activate her account. I was told at the door they I won't be allowed in,I tried to explain that my mom will not be able to even read the number on the ticket but they refused to let me in. There is a reason why I accompanied my mother.

My mom was sitting there alone looking sad. I want her to close her account at this useless bank
