Dishonesty of Lake Smit & Partners

Seems that this company is well known on here for being downright dishonest, and it also seems they never respond to any complaint on here either, which rather proves that they are entirely dishonourable.

I paid, in full, on the day of treatment at the Entabeni "branch" and on the same day they charge my medical aid savings - so they get paid twice.

Multiple e-mails, and no reply, not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement other than an automatic reply.

More ridiculous in this story are Discovery - send through my proof of payment - and what do Discovery want to do? Refund me from my savings for the amount I paid to Lake Smit - so two charges against my savings for the same procedure, and they fail to see what is wrong with this.

Somehow it seems like collusion to me, but that's only an opinion.

I'd say try to find an alternative if you need this kind of service.

Shameful.
