Bad Accounting records

<br> Over payment by deducting extra via debit order<br> I have sent e-mails to [Email Removed] in the manner these a/cs were shoddily managed by their dept. The debit order read an amount of R3600 for two a/cs to be deducted of R300 each for six mths effective on the 5th ef each mth. The d/o instr clearly states the prev a/c & the curr acc V05... for which a six month ded eff frm the 5 Sept 2015 until termination which would have ended on the 5 February 2016. This never materialised as they were double deducting from the 5 Oct 2015 from my account of R600 X2 - as I can prod evidence frm my stmnt. I attached a recon for them to see.<br> I left the status quo as I wrote to [Email Removed] on the 28Septr 2015 that the process of deduction was not being followed but I received no feed back. It seems that [Email Removed] is inoperable or unable to cater to answer or explain any enq. I wrote again on the 6 Oct and yet again received no reply. When I phoned in on the 17 December 2015 I was held to ransom to pay the balance of 612.5 & also the curr amt of R1800. I told them that no d/o to be eff as the a/c was settl but they still deducted in Jan 2016 - o/pmnt occurred.
