PATHETIC SERVICE

I am booked here at Laing Lodge since Sunday, 27 July 2025, situated in Laingsburg in the Western Cape, SA. I have been booked here for worked purposes as we as a team were going to conduct our oversight audits at the Laingsburg SAPS. i have been booked at the place for the two day, checking out on Tuesday, 29 July 2025. Just outside my door there are two airconditioners who are making terriible noise all the time and worse at night when you want to sleep, On the first day i could not sleep as the noise is so unbearable that you cannot ignore it. In the morning of Monday, 28 July, I went to report the matter at their office, I am at room A4. It looked like they were aware of the problem. The only question i was asked was when was I going to check out. Nothing about rectifying the matter, relocation me to other room or even sympathy or apologising. I have decided to bring this to any other potential guest to never allow them to put you in this room. When I came back this afternoon, I thought they would have fixed the issue, however to my disappointment nothing was done.
