Unhappy customer

I bought the Dessini Cast iron non-stick pots on the 17th of August from Laibah Trading CC and they were delivered on the 18th of August. One of the pots had a fault and i made them aware. They did send one pot from a new range of which it got slight differences from the set i bought and i made them aware immediately. I then said to the guy who was helping me on the phone how about i give them back the set that i have bought and they give me the entire range of the pot that they have given me replacing the one with fault and he started being rude by saying the pots are the same and if i dont understand he will refund me.

I am wrong as a customer to ask for set of pots that are the same with everything? The guy just want to give me the attitude just because he thinks what he is saying is right. I am a customer and if i am not satisfied with what i see i must talk. The pots are not the same on the bottom and inside. and i did not ask for the refund. i only asked for the entire set of pots to be the same from bottom even and inside.

Where by the easiest way is for me to give them the entire set that i have bought and they give me the same set as one pot they have sent. simple as that. nothing much and i did not even want to fight with them but the guy was fighting.
