Best Customer Service Experience

Kananelo treated me to the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. I ordered an expensive cellphone which had to be shipped in, and he kept me informed every step of the way, found a way to quickly overcome one or two obstacles that popped up, and was polite and friendly with every interaction. Thank you, Sir! This man needs a Bell's and a raise!
