Hettie Du Plooy ****med me whooping R1650 because she failedd to communicate well and provide all the details , she messaged me on bookings.com to pay a cleaning/breakage deposit of 1650 of which rturns after the stay if you left everything in order i comp**** an dsent the fee she gave details on eher to find the key but did not give me the unit number and gave me wrobg directions after hours of trying to find the place i got therr and was asked for a unit number i provided what i have unfortunately tberewas no room number i called her numerous times she did not pick the phone when she did she was so rudevabd still did not provide the unit number and thereafter blocked me without providing my money back sonve i did not use her facilities. For peace sake never booom anything with her name she is also known around the estate that seh is a karen and very rude towards Black people
