Rodent mouse in the room !!!

We booked at Lagoon Beach Hotel as they are listed as a 4 star hotel in Cape Town. The service and cleanliness levels are no where near 4 Star. The linen in the bed & carpet was full of stains, wifi in the room was not working and no \do not disturb"signs were left in the room. To top it all off was an extremely uncomfortable hard bed & no conditioner or shower cap in the bathroom! Every afternoon while taking a nap"
