Reservation dates incorrect

My wife, Paula Boshoff, reserved a booking for us through the reservations manager, Lee Hendrikse, at the end of September 2015 for our holiday, arrival date 5th December 2015 to 10th December 2015 departure date. On arrival the 5th December we were told our reservation was booked from 5th October 2015 to 10th October 2015. As our correspondence was done via email, I do not understand how she came upon the October dates??? there we sat, we had just travelled 1400km to reach our holiday destination only to find there was no reservation for us! Lee's incompetence is pathetic to say the least! I queried as to why, when we had not booked in on the 5th October, was there no follow up as to why we did not pitch? nobody from the hotel could come up with an explanation??? Thankfully, Martin assisted us as best he could to find us alternative accomondation, Thank You Martin. The alternative accomondation was terrible, Lagoon Beach Hotel, you guy's dreadfully messed up our holiday, the anger my wife and I feel towards you guy's is sickening, my wife was in a terrible state for the endurance of our holiday!!! Never ever will I recommend you to my family or friends!!! and as for Lee Hendrikse?
