Nice place but bad attitude with most stuff

The hotel is very beautiful place great place to see the view of the table mountain..but stuff the travel desk had one guy who was rude had no greetings towards me and my partner had a bad attitude..front desk Llyod was a great person who helped us to get a room when we arrived early at the hotel..our first room we got a rat in the room but got help to getting a better room to a open view to the beach and table mountain..all in all we enjoyed the stay food was great and the lady who helped us to our table every morning was great Seseto
